Job Description
A well-established law firm in Sacramento is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal with 5 years of experience in complex litigation including civil labor & employment or real estate matters. If youre a detail-oriented professional with trial experience and a passion for litigation support wed love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation including discovery trial prep and courtroom assistance
- Draft subpoenas prepare and manage exhibits coordinate with witnesses and handle trial logistics
- Conduct legal research and manage large volumes of case documents efficiently
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in complex litigation
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate or bachelors degree with an attorney declaration required
- Trial experience strongly preferred; unlawful detainer experience is a plus
