Job Opportunity: Social Security Disability Attorney (2 Years of Experience)
Location: ChicagoIL

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. If you have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of Social Security disability claims we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims and appeals
- Review case files conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Communicate with clients Social Security Administration medical professionals and other relevant parties
- Prepare and file legal documents including pleadings briefs and motions
- Advocate for clients during hearings and appeals before administrative law judges
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership
- At least 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
- Strong knowledge of Social Security Disability regulations and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate and client-focused attitude
