Rsum du poste
Responsable de fournir un soutien lquipe du service client (CS) concernant les renouvellements et les stratgies de processus. Fournit un soutien et relve directement du Responsable des oprations de renouvellement.
Responsabilits cls
Fournir un soutien et une formation sur les renouvellements complexes lensemble de lquipe CS rgionale
Collaborer troitement avec les responsables CS pour soutenir le processus de renouvellement et les initiatives cibles
Apporter un soutien la documentation du processus de renouvellement
Aider lquipe CS conclure les renouvellements en retard par rgion
Fournir des retours et amliorer lefficacit du processus de renouvellement
Atteindre les objectifs de renouvellements dans les dlais et les cibles rgionales
Contribuer lamlioration continue de lorganisation
Identifier les opportunits damlioration continue et dautomatisation du processus de renouvellement
Collaborer avec les services CS pour analyser les retours clients identifier les lacunes et dvelopper les offres selon les besoins des clients
Key Qualifications
Diplme dtudes requis de Bac5 en finances business ventes ou des tudes pertinentes
Minimum dun an dexprience pertinente mais ouvert de nouveaux diplms
Comprhension des contrats de renouvellement de maintenance
Excellente aisance au tlphone et bonnes comptences interpersonnelles
Excellentes comptences en communication orale et crite
Succs dmontr dans lvaluation des besoins clients et llaboration de plans daction
Attitude articule professionnelle enthousiaste avec un fort esprit de rsultats
Capacit valuer les tches et prioriser efficacement les clients fort potentiel
Capacit travailler dans un environnement multinational tant avec lquipe quavec les utilisateurs
Excellentes comptences en gestion du temps et souci du dtail
