The role

This role will primarily support the Secretariat function for the Board and its committees ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer. Youll be the go-to person for high-level board and administration supportcoordinating meetings managing records and making sure communication flows efficiently across teams and stakeholders. Its a hands-on position where your organisation skills and attention to detail really shine.

Youll be juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment often under tight deadlines to meet Secretariat requirements. This requires maintaining composure in high-pressure situations exercising sound judgement when handling sensitive information and demonstrating agility in adapting to shifting priorities.
