Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Ownership of ensuring that accurate invoices are issued on a timely basis
  • Working with the business to provide insight as to how the invoicing and collections process can be improved and driving new initiatives in this area (such as direct debit collections)
  • Enhance and develop processes and procedures for the function
  • Build an effective relationship with all parts of the business delivering a well respected and efficient service for invoicing
  • Ability to work with the wider finance team as we consolidate financial systems which will require input and support to ensure that the consolidation meets the invoicing needs for the business
  • Management and development of invoicing clerks
  • Effective and timely completion of other activities as directed from time to time.

Qualifications :

ABOUT YOU

  • 5 years of prior experience within invoicing
  • Supervisory / managerial experience highly advantageous  
  • Professional accountancy certifications would be desirable
  • Experience of finance system migrations would be beneficial
  • Effective communication with experience of reporting to management
  • Strong attention to detail organisational and analytical skills
  • Proactively takes ownership of work with a drive for results
  • Strong Excel and Computer Skills
  • Understanding of multi-currency working in a global environment.
