Stellenbersicht:
Als CF Admin sind Sie ein wichtiges Mitglied des Customer Fulfillment Teams und berichten an den Customer Fulfillment Team Leader.
Ihre Aufgabe:
- Bearbeitung von Produktions- und Lieferauftrgen.
- Bestandsmeldungen.
- Pflege der Stammdaten.
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen/Retouren.
- Lastschriften/Gutschriften an Kunden.
- Untersttzung bei Monatsabschlssen.
- Forecast Auswertung.
- Kommunikation mit externen und internen Abteilungen.
Ihr Profil:
- 3 Jahre einschlgige Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau).
- Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung.
- Kenntnisse in MS Office SAP wnschenswert.
- Flieend Deutsch und Englisch.
