Job Description
Maintenance/Floor Tech at 1 Stone Solutions
Shift : Full Time Monday - Friday 7AM- 3:30Pm(40Hrs) Must be available for Weekend projects (OT $18.00/hravailable)
Hourly Rate: $16/ HR
Location: 16100 South FWy Pearland TX 77584
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- Must Have a non expired DL.
- For safety reasons you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- You must have a valid drivers license be able to drive yourself between multiple locations.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be familiar with Heavy equipment such as vacuums low speed/high speed auto scrubbers. Floor Tech duties.
Job Duties:
- Floor Tech duties (stripping and waxing)
- Collect and dispose of trash in parking lot
- Maintain Heavy equipment such as vacuums low speed/high speed auto scrubbers (knowledge of cleaning/repair machines and plugs)
- Cover other locations when needed.
