Qualifications :
Technical Background:
Experienced in application production run support
Incident Management on Web front systems and associated APIs
Knowledge on web technology (Java EE Rest and SOAP Web Services APIs angular Responsive web applications)
Skills & Basic Features Essential:
At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
Experienced in Application production run support.
Autonomous rigorous with a high personal commitment
Be curious and initiative-taking searching for innovative solutions.
Be critical and constructive on the solutions analysis
Be able to keep calm and managed stress situations such as errors in production.
Be able to manage and prioritize incidents.
