Job Description

Imre is looking for a passionate organized detail-oriented and hard-working People Coordinator. As a member of a small tight-knit team this position will have opportunities to work with the People Department.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Schedule interviews and initiate background checks
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain the HRIS system and employee documents
  • Manage I-9s to ensure that all documents are compliant and up to date
  • Perform various administrative duties as required
  • Assist in the set-up of temporary employees
  • Monitor compliance with federal state and local employment laws and company policies
  • Support performance review and training processes
  • Support benefits administration including enrollments inquiries changes and terminations
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Prepare HR reports documentation and assist with audits as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in HR or related field
  • Internship experience in a professional environment
  • Work requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong work ethic and service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to professionally handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion

Salary: $45000-$55000/annually plus overtime

*Salary Dependant upon experience & location
