Job Description

Were seeking a Payroll Coordinator who not only ensures every paycheck is right and on time but also brings a positive team-focused attitude to everything they do. Youll serve as a trusted resource for our employees helping them navigate payroll with clarity accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Bi-Weekly and Monthly payrolls for multiple departments and locations in an accurate and timely manner
  • Review and verify employee timecards deductions and benefits contributions
  • Maintain and update payroll records including new hires terminations and changes in pay or status
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll wage and hour laws
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll timekeeping and benefits
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
  • Assist with year-end processes including W-2s and other tax filings


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
  • Solid understanding of payroll regulations wage laws and tax requirements
  • High level of accuracy confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications (including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
