As Staff Software Engineer you will be part of a Scrum team inclusive of a Software Engineers Quality Engineers Software Architects and Product Owner.
You will handle the design execution and maintenance of automated and manual system module and unit test cases performance tests and test environment.
Testing experience with product having Tech stack on Microsoft C#.Net/WCF/SQL DB
Experience in Healthcare Domain
Understanding of Healthcare standards - DICOM/HL7/IHE
Expertise on Cloud Deployment and Test strategy for Cloud Solutions on AWS.
Extensive expertise on Automation Frameworks and Test Automation.
Demonstrate awareness of the various testing types and methodologies
Perform testing of features for the product as per assigned test cases and capture the results as per specified QMS policies
Write code using programming as well as scripting languages required to automate testing
Learn new testing techniques and designs test cases to improve quality
Demonstrate awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP CI Software and Product Security Scalability Documentation Practices refactoring and Testing Techniques
Understand performance parameters and can assess application performance
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science Technology Engineering and Maths)
A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Testing
Technical expertise in System Software Design and Test Data Structures and Software Reliability and Distributed System Architecture
Experience Testing Enterprise applications using Microsoft C#.Net/WCF/SQL DB
Experience with Databases such as SQL Server.
Experience with public cloud infrastructures such as AWS
Expert understanding of functional and nonfunctional requirements
Excellent analytical interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem solving abilities and capable of articulating specific technical topics or assignments
Experience in building scalable and highly available distributed systems
Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for development tasks
Evangelizes how our technology solves customer problems from a technology and business perspective

Influences through others; builds direct and behind the scenes support for ideas
