Go Beyond World class delivery

• Ensure the highest level of customer focus and service levels are delivered at all times by yourself and other members of our team. Youll be the experience leader on your site so its key you set a great example for other members and extensions of the Workplace team.
• Support the delivery of an on brand and inclusive workplace when it comes to design branding and layout. Youll be across changes to floorplans signage and posters across the office.
• Ensure regular checks are carried out of all elements of our Workplace throughout the day e.g. Bathrooms Meeting rooms Kitchens Open plan areas and report any issues to the appropriate team
• Support our PAs/EAs in delivering a great experience to Board Members and our Executive Directors as well as their teams.
• Support the Workplace Host(s) in carrying out their day-to-day tasks including (but not limited to) Front of house back of house and logistics tasks where required

Do Whats Right Safety Environment Compliance and Inclusivity

• Drive safety inclusion and environmental campaigns across our workplaces including events signage supplier engagement and working with internal communications to promote each of the campaigns. Youll collaborate with a variety of

• Manage our trained fire marshals and first aiders including updating signage organising training and raising support for awareness campaigns
• Complete monthly and annual checks of your office in line with our new globally standardised office safety and compliance checklist

• We look at solutions from end to end from our online presence to our physical meeting rooms how easy is it to find understand and use effectively Its your role to create the smoothest experience possible for colleagues across the UK.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the overall workplace experience at Entain including measuring data getting feedback auditing and collaborating with our teams around the world to find the best way of doing things for each location.
• We get into the detail to ensure were providing the business with information as efficiently and as effectively as possible.

Win Together Identify and engage with our key stakeholders

• Without our colleagues in Internal comms End user support Health and Safety AV etc it would be much harder to successfully deliver projects as well as maintain overall high levels of service in our UK offices. Its crucial that we build on these relationships and support other teams across the business wherever we can as Workplace.
• Build your internal network of colleagues up so we can get the right message to the right people as efficiently as possible.
• Be a great communicator. Be able to deliver key messaging of what you need and when you need it to our team members and suppliers and be able to understand and interpret what others need from you quickly and concisely.

Additional responsibilities

• Associate contact for all Social and Wellbeing committees
• Associate contact for any community focused groups across Entain

Qualifications :

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IOSH qualification or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in large corporate environment preferred
• Must be able to present to stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• As a representative of the team in a customer facing role we would ask that you adopt a smart casual style thats practical for the role being carried out
