Job Title: ERP Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Preferred)
Location: Torrance CA (Hybrid work environment)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $80000 $90000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Job Summary:
A Japanese IT Consulting company seeking a skilled ERP Consultant with hands-on experience in ERP system implementation preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and technical teams to support the successful implementation customization and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system. This is a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and remote work with a preference for candidates based in the Los Angeles CA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or support ERP implementation projects across various departments
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure ERP modules based on business needs
- Provide training and support to end users
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams
- Document business processes workflows and system configurations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system functionality and business processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ERP system implementation and support
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central strongly preferred
- Business process knowledge in areas such as Finance Sales Purchasing or Inventory Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Must be available for hybrid work; preference given to candidates in the Los Angeles CA area
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bilingual (Japanese-English) work environment
- Experience working with global teams or in cross-border implementations
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Power Automate etc.)
Compensation: $80000.0090000.00/year depending on your experience and qualifications. Benefit package including medical vision dental 401K and PTO
