Job Summary
We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our Future Talent Programme starting in September 2025 and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to enhance our team
You will be based in Olsztyn Poland
What you will do
As Project Coordinator you will:
Drive efficient order clarification to fulfil customer satisfaction
Breakdown and plan the project into phases/sales orders and fulfil the plan and order milestones in time and in full according to budget
Drive productivity in projects/sales orders through utilization of reusable solutions standard component list and processes
Manage scope of the sales order changes
Support all the functions to deliver the project in schedule quality and budget
Administration of sales order and projects in SAP system
We believe you have

You have finished recently or are about to finish your Bachelor or Master Degree (graduation year 2024 or 2025 preferably in Technical University
Fluent Polish and English knowledge (both written and spoken)
Basic knowledge and skills of project management
Passionate working in an analytical position
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team structured approach
Negotiation skills and ability to cope with change
