The Opportunity
Join our HR team as an Intern in Global Workforce Management focusing on Supplier Management within a dynamic team of 9 professionals. This internship offers hands-on experience in vendor management processes and provides valuable exposure to workforce management operations in a global technology environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Support supplier onboarding processes and maintain vendor databases for workforce management services
Help coordinate communication with external workforce suppliers
Support documentation and reporting activities for supplier management processes
Follow up on contract approvals from vendors and WFM
Generate reports for the project
Provide vendor support with Odessa tasks
Who Are We Looking For

Currently studying HR Business or related field
Fluent in spoken English and French
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI is an advantage
Strong communication skills
