Reporting to the Assistant Director of Operations the Clinical Pharmacy Manager II is responsible for effective administration and management of the retail pharmacy. The Pharmacy Manager ensures the development of patient-oriented clinical pharmacy services and develops a working relationship with the pharmacists and technicians of the pharmacy to improve the work flow and efficiency of the pharmacy operation . The Pharmacy Manager supervises and oversees the professional and administrative functions within the pharmacy. Interfaces with external customers to optimize the pharmacy operation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum$58.47/hour - Maximum$102.34/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
