Job Description
A Certified Dietary Manager oversees the purchasing and preparation of foods for residents in a skilled nursing facility. The CDM will assist in creating implementing and following meal plans and menus. The manager works closely with cooks registered dietitian and interdisciplinary team. This role supervises and educates dietary team members on food safety and sanitation patient dietary restrictions food preparation and current regulatory requirements.
Pay: $50000 - $60000 per year

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certification through ANFP for Certified Dietary Manager
