We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-Store Support Representative to join our Brisbane Construction Industry branch at Hastings Deering. This is a permanent full-time opportunity ideal for someone who thrives on delivering excellent service takes initiative and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
In this role you will receive on-the-job training and play a key part in supporting our customers post-sale developing strong relationships across your assigned territory and contributing quality leads to our sales pipeline. You will proactively identify opportunities to grow and retain business using the telephone as your primary engagement tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in promotional campaigns to capture market share and to promote the value and quality of Caterpillar machines
Identify and qualify accounts while maintaining accurate and up-to-date call cycles and records
Promote the full suite of Hastings Deering products and services to new and existing customers
Build strong ongoing relationships that drive long-term customer value
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Proven success in a telephone-based sales marketing or lead generation role ideally in the earthmoving construction or similar industry
Previous experience in customer-facing sales support or marketing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
High levels of initiative self-motivation and time management
A willingness to participate in structured and ongoing training programs
