Were looking for an experienced Finance Planning & Analysis Manager (FP&A) to drive and coordinate FP&A activities across the APAC region for GHD

Reporting to the Enterprise Head of Planning & Analysisand partnering closely with the APAC CFOthe FP&A Manager APAC plays a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic direction of the APAC business.

This role exists to deliver clear forward-looking financial insights and strategic recommendations that enable informed decision-making aligned with the companys objectives.

You will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes analyse financial data to identify trends risks and opportunities and ensure that all financial plans are robust and adaptable.

Critical to being successful in this role you will be able to translate and communicate complex data into clear compelling insights and recommendations.


Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you:

  • Drive the delivery of monthly quarterly and bi-annual management insights and presentations for the APAC Leadership Team
  • Articulate complex financial matters into clear actionable insights and communicate them effectively to drive strategic conversations with Executives and stakeholders.
  • Analyse industry economic financial and market trends delivering quarterly macroeconomic overviews and recommendations that inform APAC strategy and planning.
  • Lead the APAC budgeting and forecasting processes leveraging automation data and best practice approaches to deliver robust timely plans.
  • Ensure the APAC reporting framework aligns
  • Champion continuous improvement and finance transformation initiatives identifying opportunities to streamline processes enhance reporting and drive greater efficiency and value.
  • Coach and develop team members and peers fostering a collaborative high-performing FP&A culture that supports growth and capability building.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 10 plus years in a similar role with proven experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in a complex matrixed or multinational organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading budgeting forecasting and management reporting processes at regional or business unit level.
  • Strong capability in financial modelling scenario planning and translating analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g. SAP Oracle Power BI) highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of key financial and commercial concepts industry drivers and macroeconomic trends relevant to the APAC region.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills with a proven ability to influence senior executives.
  • Professional accounting qualifications equivalent to CPA or Chartered Accountant
