Job Description
- Are you ready to take on your next challenge Northern Private Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Unit Manager to join our dynamic team!
- Permanent part-time hours
About the Role
ANUM role to join the Day Surgery team at the new healthcare facility of Northern private in Epping.
The ANUM will support the NUM in delivering high-quality patient centred care through effective leadership coordination of nursing activities and supervision of nursing staff.
The role also involves maintain clinical standards managing day to day operations and fostering a positive collaborative work environment.
Your skills and experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications desirable
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in relevant speciality
- Previous leadership or management experience will be highly regarded.
- Work well within a team
