Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive the technological direction for business-critical applications ensuring alignment with the overall business vision and strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology programs and projects from initiation to successful delivery ensuring they meet scope budget and timeline requirements.
- Orchestrate and coordinate efforts across diverse development QA and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Lead the adoption and implementation of DevSecOps practices for all relevant products enhancing security efficiency and collaboration.
- Act as the primary technology liaison for designated business units within Wolters Kluwer fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
- Identify assess and mitigate technical and project risks developing contingency plans to ensure smooth project progression.
- Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables managing stakeholder communications and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Assist RTE with identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities within a program.
- Monitor project performance track key metrics and provide regular transparent updates to stakeholders on progress challenges and successes..
Experience:
- A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies including 5 years of experience as a Technology Program Manager managing large complex initiatives in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams following SAFe addition a proven track of designing content pipeline end-to-end.
- Must have a good understanding of web development technologies including HTML CSS XML JavaScript (AngularJS) or PHP. Preferably has experience developing software.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models.
- Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive content model that aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Proven experience in analytics (data and content).
- Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools:
- Project Management tools including JIRA Miro
- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics Pendo
- Other tools such as Microsoft Project Visio and all Office Tools is a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Proven ability to lead software development initiatives and ensure objectives goals and commitments are met.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view.
