Job Description: ENGLISH Conversion & Retention Agents
Location: Georgia
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Are you an experienced professional in the FX industry looking to take your career to the next level We are seeking motivated Conversion & Retention Agents to join our dynamic team in Georgia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced rewarding environment where your skills and efforts are recognized and valued!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conversion: Engage potential clients convert leads into active customers and deliver persuasive presentations to close deals.
- Retention: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Meet and exceed performance targets set for conversion and retention.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in the FX industry is a MUST
- Proven track record in conversion and retention roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
