Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: car allowance

Location: Leicester based (3 days per week in office) with UK travel as required.

What youll be doing:


  • Leading the Way

Youll lead and develop a high-performing team including Maintenance Support Managers Regional Painters and the Property Technical Support Manager to drive effectiveness in how Maintenance Technicians work learn develop and deliver. From training and engagement to system support and cover coordination youll make sure Maintenance Technicians have the tools guidance and backing they need to keep hotels compliant operational and well-presented.

Youll bring our maintenance strategy to life - embedding efficient processes ensuring hotels receive the right technical support at the right time and championing initiatives that improve maintenance performance and presentation standards across our hotels.

Youll make sure our hotels stay operational safe and well-presented - minimising out of order rooms and enhancing the guest experience through effective maintenance and compliance delivery.

From reviewing supplier performance to driving maintenance cost efficiency youll balance quality service with strong commercial thinking - ensuring we get great value from our people processes and suppliers.


  • People First Always

Youll grow and develop your team with structured performance conversations hand-on coaching and consistent feedback. Youll also lead quarterly Maintenance Technician meetings and develop training programmes that raise skills and capability.


  • Driving Compliance & Standards

Youll ensure that hotel maintenance meets Atlas brand legal and operational standards - tracking performance supporting compliance activity and working closely with hotel leaders to keep standards high and risks low.



We think youll thrive if you have:


  • Proven experience leading a multi-site operational or maintenance support team preferably within a hotel environment
  • A track record of improving operational processes systems and team performance
  • Experience managing maintenance suppliers training delivery and compliance activities
  • Familiarity with maintenance systems (ideally Logit) and hotel/property compliance
  • Strong leadership coaching and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence in using data to drive decision-making and performance improvement
  • The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and collaborate cross-functionally
  • A field-based mindset with willingness to travel regularly including a weekly visit to Leicester
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
