The Global Brand Experiential Marketing Manager plays a key role in supporting shaping and activating consistent brand experiences across Dematics global in-person and virtual touchpoints. Working at the intersection of brand storytelling and customer experience this role ensures our events digital activations and branded environments reflect our brand strategy and deliver value across the Customer Journey
Reporting to the Global Brand Communication & Experiential Lead you will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams the Global Brand Content Creative and Digital teams subject-matter experts and the KION Group brand family (e.g. Linde MH STILL Baoli) to help ensure consistent messaging support global and regional events and contribute to the planning and rollout of key experiential initiatives.
You will support the development and harmonization of branded environments digital experiences (such as virtual tech tours or VR hubs) and global campaigns with a clear focus on delivering brand-consistent scalable and relevant experiences.
This role is not focused on day-to-day operational event management but it does require hands-on support for regional stakeholders close alignment with content and messaging strategy and a strong understanding of both physical and digital experience formats.
Job Description:
Lead the Global Experiential Strategy and Plan
Develop and execute a holistic experiential marketing plan aligned to Dematics brand positioning and value propositions.
Create Cross-Reality Brand Experiences
Drive innovation across real and virtual experiences from immersive AR/VR interactions to real-life installations always delivering one consistent brand narrative.
Manage Global Tools & Platforms
Own platforms such as Cvent ON24 and our Dematic Virtual Experiences; support onboarding usage training and continuous innovation across global teams.
Develop Signature Experience Formats
Ideate and execute experience formats that elevate Dematics position across events customer centers industry stages and innovation platforms.
Shape Messaging & Narratives
Define messaging and story arcs for global brand events aligning closely with SMEs and creative leads for impactful customer moments.
Train & Position Internal Experts
Support the identification preparation and positioning of internal thought leaders for key events speaking slots and brand activations.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Co-create unified brand experiences together with Brand Creative Content Digital and Regional Marketing and across the KION Group family.
Drive the Dematic Virtual Experience Portfolio
Evolve and manage new virtual assets including Tech Tours VR hubs and gamified experiences that support education sales enablement and emotional brand storytelling.
Skills Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing Events Communications CX or Brand Strategy
35 years of experience in experiential brand event or customer experience marketing (B2B preferred)
Strategic mindset with strong creative vision
Experience with immersive technologies hybrid event formats or gamification is a plus
Tools optional: ON24 Cvent Unreal (nice to have) CMS CRM Canva Adobe Suite
Strong stakeholder management and agency briefing skills
Proven ability to lead projects and align teams across disciplines
Positive presence and confident communicator both behind the scenes and in collaborative settings
Fluent English ; additional languages are a plus
