Job Description
Culinary Instructor
As we prepare for our upcoming location in Mason Ohio we are seeking enthusiastic culinary educators to join our lineup of instructors for the Culinary Center team. The Dorothy Lane Market Culinary Center at Mason will offer a wide range of classes and private events and we are looking for engaging experts to deliver great food experiences. If you love people and good food join us in making The DLM Experience come alive in Mason.

What Youll Do:
- Lead engaging classes ranging from beginner basics to specialized cuisines.
- Collaborate with our Culinary Center staff to promote and execute events.
- Create enticing menus tailored towards trends and seasonal ingredients.
- Foster a learning environment and share your passion for great food.
- Welcome and answer participant questions.
- Assist with set up and clean-up of classes.
Qualifications:
- Professional culinary experience preferred.
- Superior hospitality skills.
- Strong public speaking and engaging presentation skills.
- Flexible availability as classes are typically held weekday evenings.
- Ability to translate recipes and instructions for the home cook.
- Food safety expertise.
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting up to 40lbs.
