Job Description
Ridge Energy Savers serving the greater Lake Wales FL area for more than 50 years.
Ridge Energy Saversa leading provider of residential and commercial AC repair and service for over five decades is expanding its field teams. We work hard to maintain a good reputation and put our customers first.
What You Can Expect in This Role:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces air conditioners heat pumps and ductwork.
- Perform system startups and testing to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and manufacturer specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and explaining system operations.
- Maintain accurate records of installations materials used and time spent on each job.
- Collaborate with team members including helpers and technicians to complete jobs efficiently.
- Stay up to date with HVAC technologies tools and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on job sites.
What Skills/Experience Youll Need to Be Considered for This Role:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in various environments including attics and crawl spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to project demands.
