Kleinfelder is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Delaware business sector.
As part of Kleinfelders East Division Business Unit the Delaware area business sector consists of approximately 190 professionals operating out of offices located in Dover and New Castle DE. Our team offers a wide range of A/E services including civil engineering geotechnical engineering environmental consulting transportation engineering land surveying and construction management/ currently work for a broad range of clients in the private and public sectors throughout Delaware.
Partnering with the East Division leadership and leveraging Kleinfelders client/employee/profit operational model the successful candidate will provide overall leadership to ensure the Area meets its revenue sales client account management talent management safety and profitability objectives.
The ideal candidate will be based in one of our offices in the Area.
