Experienced Quality Production Specialist (Investigations)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an

ExperiencedQuality Production Specialist (Level 3) to join our 767 Quality MRBD team located in Everett Washington.

The ExperiencedQuality Production Specialist (Level 3) will be conducting investigations to obtain corrective action from our global this role one will be expected to: collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders track and respond to supplier communication and support Program and Fleet Chief Office integration meetings.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Reviews and validates product non-conformances and disposition type quality procedures and engineering requirements

  • Performs analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products operations and processes to Quality Management System requirements applicable company procedures contract requirements or government regulations

  • Applies knowledge of aerospace design systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems

  • Trains and mentors fellow employees in the Quality Management System

  • Performs root cause analysis on the nonconformance to identify the cause and prevent recurrence

  • Independently develops modifies and documents actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action and documents resolution

  • Obtains corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes

  • Negotiates concurrence obtains commitments for taking preventive and corrective action prioritizes quality activities and ensures problem resolution

  • Reviews and validates the corrective action plans and identifies effectively to ensure completion

  • Reviews and implements corrective action on audit results to ensure media is stored and handled per engineering defined requirements

  • Creates analytical reports and coordinates with the parties responsible for internal/external distribution

  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventative Action Root Cause Corrective Actions

  • 3 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

  • 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data

  • 3 years ofusingMicrosoft Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel

  • 3 years of experiencedeveloping presentations for leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher

  • 1 years of experience in Aerospace Fabrication or Manufacturing

  • 1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
