Manage project finances and drive improvements
As a Project Controller you will be a fundamental member of your project team working closely with the project manager to handle budgeting monitoring and forecasting. You will support and challenge your team deliver accurate financial information to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
Your responsibility will be to:
Ensure accurate budgeting monitoring and forecasting
Provide reliable financial information to stakeholders
Support and challenge project teams
Maintain and improve client relationships
Drive process improvements
You will report to the project manager and work in a fast-paced environment with high exposure to top management stakeholders.
This position is based in Karlskrona.
Detail-oriented financial expert with a proactive mindset
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related discipline and 1-3 years of relevant experience. You should be well-structured organized and proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint and other MS Office tools. Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system is a big advantage.
You also have:
Financial mindset able to present financial impact to non-Finance stakeholders
Business mindset understanding the underlying business aspects of financial information
High level of accuracy with financial numbers
Ability to handle a wide range of stakeholders supporting and challenging them
Strong English language skills both verbal and written
Proactive attitude striving for results with strong ownership and accountability
A keen desire to learn develop and continuously improve your performance
