This is what our Project Coordinators coast to coast love most about working as a Project Coordinator at Flynn!
A Day in the Life
- Work with Site Supervisor & Project Management in scheduling coordinating and tracking deliveries
- Attend hand off & autopsy meetings
- Work with PM and Estimator to prepare a comprehensive material list for the project
- Assist the PM in preparing takeoffs and estimates for change orders
-Issue submittal packages samples bonds and insurances
- Fill out warranties and send close out packages
- Assist Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of the project (ie. forecasting planning analysis etc)

- Excellent communication skills
- Understand direction and be dependable to follow through
- General Project Management/construction knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to read drawings
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
