Work Hours (Client) : 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (Mon and Friday)
Location of Search : Philippines

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Support Specialist to assist in coordinating marine operations projects and supporting client deliverables. The role is ideal for someone with strong English communication solid Excel skills and proven ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Industry knowledge is helpful but not required we provide strong internal training.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily project coordination support for marine operations across oil gas and mining clients.
Assist in task management reporting and documentation using ClickUp (primary platform).
Perform data analysis reporting and tracking in Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
Building data trackers reports and analyses in PowerBI.
Support CRM and client management activities in HubSpot.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Maintain accurate project documentation and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and overall Office Suite.
Experience in project coordination or administrative support.
Familiarity with task/project management platforms (ClickUp Asana Trello etc.).
Detail-oriented organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to work Toronto business hours (Eastern Time Zone).
(Preferred but not required) Knowledge of marine/shipping operations
