Your Role

We are looking for aenergetic and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Executiveto join the NSW Field Sales team. The role boasts with variety and has a key focus on new sales (70%) and account management (30%).

As a Technogym salesperson you are hungry highly professional industry credible and collaborative. Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships while managing a wide range of products services and solutions that are transforming our industry.

Please note: This is a field sales role you must be based in Sydney Metro to be eligible for this role.

Your Impact

As a Sales Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving Technogyms commercial success by:

  • Achieving and exceeding local sales profitability and cash flow targets
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunitiesto expand market share and capitalize on untapped potential
  • Generating qualified leads profiling customers and planning strategic sales activities ensuring accurate and timely updates in the CRM system
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive relationship management and tailored solutions
  • Providing actionable market intelligence by capturing and reporting on trends competitor activity and customer feedback
  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships while actively pursuing new prospects to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Executing structured customer and prospect visits in alignment with the companys sales code ensuring consistent market presence and engagement

About You

You are passionate about healthness with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to building meaningful client relationships. Grounded ethical and results-driven you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive mindset to every challenge. Your strong organizational skills and consultative sales style make you a trusted partner to your clients and a valuable contributor to the team.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of3 years experiencein a Sales Account Manager role or similar
  • Adegree in Business Administration Sales or a related field
  • Proven ability tomanage complex deals and sell tailored solutions
  • Strongconsultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency inCRM systems; experience withSalesforceis a plus
  • Aresults-oriented mindsetwith a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Excellentlistening communication and presentation abilities
