- Attractive remuneration:
- Registrar (MDP2: $105,751 $171,579 p.a.
- Senior Registrar (MDP3: $172,094 $183,187 p.a.
- Salary packaging of living expenses and meal entertainment

- Ongoing professional development and opportunities to participate in education, quality improvement, and clinical leadership
- Provide high-quality clinical assessment and management of patients in a busy, rural ED
- Participate in a 24/7 rotating roster and provide support to the inpatient unit (code blue cover)
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team across nursing, medical, and allied health
- Contribute to a positive, team-based culture focused on quality and safety
- Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship
- MBBS (or equivalent) and registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated competence in emergency procedures and paediatric care
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Commitment to providing culturally safe care and willingness to undertake cultural competency training
- For MDP3: Nearing or completing Fellowship in Emergency Medicine or equivalent
