Job Summary
KVH Family Medicine Ellensburg is a Hospital-owned clinic that sees patients of all ages. This highly functioning team is the Primary Care backbone in Kittitas County. Physicians Physician Assistants Nurse Practitioners Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants round out the medical care team while numerous Patient Service Representatives ensure smooth operation on the front end of the clinic.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of appropriate License
- Washington State License
- Board Eligible/Board Certified
- DEA NPI
- Current ACLS/PALS/STABLE certification (maintenance required)
