Job Description
As a Manager -Operations CT You Will
Roles and Responsibilities
- Increase Core TPH of sort center using layout standardization & Zone based palletization (ZBP)
- Use mathematical model to optimize the load across belts in West sort centers that should help in defect reduction & productivity improvement
- Own Signage standardization WIKI Guard shack (GS) & Grace Time Truck Depart (GTTD) Compliance programs.
- Drive Sort centers quality metrics by sharing deep dives for sites not meeting the target. Also collaborating with cross functional teams (Ops Linehaul Analytics SLP) to meet the metric target
- Develop a mathematical model (sortation tool for process paths) to ensure LTP of the site is maintained
- Conduct Time & motion study to eliminate non-value adding activities & to decrease throughput time of FT packages
- Work with Category sourcing team Logistics team Warehouse team Last Mile team finance team Tech Team and Warranty and AFS team to ensure process coverage for each step from Procurement to Delivery
- Addressing day to day tactical and strategic operation issues by partnering with leaders in Category team Logistics team Warehouse team Last Mile team finance team Tech Team
- Manage team and develop milestones and schedules to ensure timely and successful delivery of Supply Chain Excellence projects.
- Establish and implement necessary data Driven technical requirement toolings and audit mechanisms to ensure process adherence across end-to-end business processes.
- Ensure adoption to new tool and playbook with proper governance around the process followed.
- Ensure Contribute cross-functional business and technical skills assess and manage risks measure and report on progress anticipate and resolve bottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and make trade-offs and balance the business needs with technical constraints.
- Investigate and Analyze solutions to complex sourcing and supply chain problems design solutions and work closely with the Stake holders and Engineering team to implement them.
- Cross-team coordination project management and resolve problems leveraging Analytics/Technology
