Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday flexible during business hours (AEST)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours


Our client is seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to support high-growth initiatives across digital marketing AI development and tech service verticals. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a passion for sales and experience in fast-paced environments.

You ll be responsible for generating qualified leads closing B2B and B2C deals and helping drive the company s aggressive scaling goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns to drive revenue

  • Generate manage and optimize a pipeline of qualified leads

  • Close B2B deals by presenting services to decision-makers across industries

  • Engage B2C prospects by tailoring outreach to different consumer segments

  • Use proprietary lead generation tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator and data scraping platforms

  • Leverage existing client lists and identify new prospecting opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project delivery

  • Consistently hit or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets



Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales telesales or lead generation (B2B and/or B2C)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing SaaS AI or tech-related services (highly preferred)

  • Strong communication and persuasive selling skills

  • Comfortable using CRMs LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead scraping tools

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently

  • Capable of handling high call volumes and diligent in follow-ups
