Job Purpose

Main Accountabilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Degree: Dip/
- Minimum Years of experience: 2-3 Years
- Prior experience required: Fully Built Vehicle Industry
Key Challenges of the Role
- Coordination with Program PD Marketing and other departments on product and project basis.
- Frequent travel schedules and adaptability to relocation across India.
Key Decisions Taken Independently
- Technical inputs to chassis team w.r.t superstructure requirement.
Areas where supervisor s guidance/approval is required
- Final body cost
- Finalization of body builders
- Participation in specific tender.
Operations:
- Close coordination and correspondence with Defence inspection establishments for timely inspection of Fully built s at respective body builder locations.
- Coordinate with PD and Program for specific product technical queries and solution for bulk.
- Coordinate with Program for Chassis delivery plan and bridge between body builder and plant for chassis related issues
- Daily monitoring of superstructure fabrication and production activities at Body Builders locations. Close coordination with all BBs for BOPs and RM procurement.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control of all manufacturing activities in accordance with Project Specifications and requirement.
- Coordination with body builder for speedy closure of respective superstructure defect in field.
- Imparting Fully built training and demo s as per customer / tender requirement
- Preparation and updation of daily weekly and monthly progress report and trackers for necessary submissions.
