Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with over 20 years of experience in federal communications modernization. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise proven leadership in large-scale enterprise IP communications and a strong track record of modernizing federal systems. This role requires advanced certifications such as CCIE and CISSP and a passion for driving innovation in secure mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of the organizations technology strategy aligned with federal modernization goals.
Oversee enterprise IP communications infrastructure ensuring scalability security and performance.
Drive modernization initiatives across legacy federal systems integrating emerging technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with federal stakeholders contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with government standards and cybersecurity protocols.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and IT teams.
Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
20 years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on federal communications and system modernization.
Deep expertise in enterprise IP communications and federal IT systems.
Active certifications: CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) and CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
Strong understanding of federal compliance frameworks (e.g. FISMA FedRAMP NIST).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-security environments.
