Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Digital Media Specialist
Location: Stevens Point WI - Corporate Office
Starting Salary: $23.73 - $26.10 (wage to commensurate with experience)

As a Marketing Digital Media Specialist youll be at the heart of our content creation effortsphotography filming editing animating and designing digital media that aligns with our strategic goals. From social media campaigns to internal culture videos your work will help shape how Skyward connects with the world.
What youll do:
- Create high-quality digital content including video animation photography and graphic design.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather insights and produce compelling media.
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to internal design standards.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Travel occasionally for conferences sales meetings and training events.
What youll need:
- A 2- or 4-year degree or equivalent experience in digital media marketing or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects etc.).
- Experience with digital cameras video editing software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication organization and proofreading skills.
- A creative analytical mindset with a passion for storytelling.
