Overview:
The clients team is seeking a Research Operations Contractor to support our mission of delivering best-in-class insights that fuel marketing advertising and brand-building strategies. This role will focus on building the infrastructure standards and processes that enable efficiency consistency accuracy and impact across our research efforts.
What Youll Do:
Standards Documentation
Identify and codify research and survey standards that support consistent and meaningful insights.
Develop documentation for:
Target Audience Definitions & Required Questions
Brand Remember Metrics & Required Questions
Core Survey Questions
Template Development
Create team artifacts and templates that standardize our approach including:
Research briefs
Advertising research/measurement plans
Ad-hoc deliverable standards
LINK Research Objectives Meeting templates
Google Slides templates for internal and external use
New vendor/tool evaluation rubrics
Process Development & Documentation
Create documentation aligned with key steps in the research process and project lifecycle including:
Budget management
Research project close-out
Design a clear scalable process for organizing Google Drive team files and shared assets.
Program Management & Enablement
Build and manage a primary calendar of workstreams across initiatives.
Identify task leads dependencies and deadlines to maintain clear visibility and forward momentum.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Brand and Lines of Business (LOBs).
Who You Are:

Proactive communicator and organized collaborator.
Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in project management or operations
At least 1 year of experience in a market research operations or insights project management role
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Sociology Psychology or Behavioral Economics
Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in marketing consumer psychology or related fields
Solid understanding of market research workflows and tools
Experience developing research standards templates and knowledge management systems
3 years experience in a client-side market research function
