Job Description
As a Live Dealer you will be responsible for hosting and presenting games for in a live streaming environment while creating a professional and exciting atmosphere for customers by providing an excellent guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures.
- Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
- Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions monitoring and following the given table schedule following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
- Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
- Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
- Professionally communicate and provide answers to players in a timely manner for any game general questions according to chat policy.
- Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companys premises caused by other employees or other causes.
- Attend educational events briefings sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
- Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
- Keep a professional demeanour towards players.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
- Keep confidential information within the companys authorized individuals.
- Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
Qualifications :
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- High School Diploma / GED.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
- Basic computer skills- MS Office electronic mail etc.
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanour including manner of speech appearance and posture in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally maintaining Playtechs guest service standards.
- Ability to deal sort shuffle and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
- Punctuality and attention to detail.
- Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
- Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Pay Rate: $17 Pooled tips Hourly Perfomance Bonus (Bonus range from $.25 $4.00)
- Vacation Days: 5 days
- Sick Time: 5 days
- 10 Holidays pay
