About you

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of university studies in Psychology Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources is a plus but not required.
- Language: English Intermediate level.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Demonstrated proactiveness and innovative thinking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and organizational activities that promote the company culture.
- Monitor and manage partnerships and benefits offered to employees.
- Support onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Maintain close collaboration with marketing procurement and related departments.
- Follow up on ticket requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate in internal communication efforts ensuring relevant information is effectively disseminated to all employees.
- Assist in registering and tracking participation in activities and events.
- Contribute to refining the onboarding process to enhance new hire integration and cultural alignment.
