We are seeking Customer Delivery Managers to take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services Microsoft Azure Google Cloud) you will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects according to the standard offering modules in the area of hyperscalers. This role involves managing service quality optimizing portfolios finance activities and collaborating with top management to drive success. You will work closely with customers to analyze their requirements to find the best fitting offering from our portfolio.
FOCUS AREA:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises contract fulfilment and ensures its optimization for both the client and the Company throughout the contract period.
- Managing customer setup in our SAP systems.
- Conducting onboarding offboarding and change processes for customers.
- Managing and processing the invoicing process in our OSS/BSS systems to ensure automated provisioning and billing.
- Ensuring that established standards and processes are adhered to throughout the delivery cycle.
- Buys services for the client at optimum price and quality. Manages tenders for selecting suppliers and contracts with the selected ones.
- Is responsible for observing the budgets and reducing costs.
- Is familiar with and consciously applies proven methodologies techniques and processes of managing projects customers and suppliers.
- Ensures cost-effective implementation of the expansion of internal IT infrastructure.
Qualifications :
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Financial management and budgeting knowledge
- Knowledge of hyperscaler services and best practices as well as experience in implementation.
- Knowledge of business management processes
- SAP knowledge
- Various certifications as ITIL Certified Service Manager (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) or certificates for Hyperscalers (AWS Azure Google) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in working with external partners.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to operate autonomously and deliver outcomes.
- Ability to deliver results with a high focus on customer needs considering an agile environment with changing priorities.
- Strong commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
Essential Requirements:
- Business fluent in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of written and spoken German is appreciated.
