Join Our Team as Director of Marketing Operations


Consumers Credit Union (CCU) is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to lead the planning production and delivery of marketing campaigns that convey our brand purpose as The People In Your Corner. If youre an experienced marketing leader who thrives on driving high-quality output empowering creative teams and delivering results we want to meet you!

This position is hybrid with 2-3 days onsite at our corporate office in Lake Forest IL.

About the Role

As the Director of Marketing Operations youll oversee a team of talented professionals manage multi-channel campaigns and ensure operational excellence in every stage of the marketing process. This role is a balance of strategy creativity and executioncritical to bringing CCUs vision to life in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and development of product marketing campaigns.
  • Define media and channel mix that align with business goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and creative partners.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and prioritize project workflows.
  • Define key metrics for success analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing on budget planning and spend reconciliation.
  • Design and optimize processes for efficient workflow and maximum output.
  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing team with a strong focus on employee engagement onboarding and career development.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
  • 7 years leading creative production teams in agency or in-house environments
  • Strong ideation and creativity skillset to meet new and future business objectives
  • A strategic thinker with excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proven leadership in managing both people and processes
  • Excellent cross-cultural relationship building

      Compensation

      The salary range for this role is$118924 - $190282 per year. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

      Consumers Credit Union provides eligible employees an opportunity to participate in our medical (High Deductible HMO and PPO) dental vision spending accounts short-term disability long-term disability life insurance and other plans effective date of hire. You will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) savings plan at any time. You will be automatically enrolled in the pension plan following six months of employment and 1000 hours of service and reaching age 20.
