Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - MEP

Location: Cheyenne WY (near South Greeley)


Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to oversee multi-million-dollar Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) construction this role you will manage all aspects of project execution including financials personnel and stakeholder coordination. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale commercial projects while enhancing your expertise in the design-build construction process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of large MEP projects ensuring schedule budget and quality goals are met.
  • Provide leadership and build strong relationships with project teams field craftspeople general contractors subcontractors and clients.
  • Utilize Lean Construction principles to deliver value-driven outcomes.
  • Plan and execute project schedules materials management and cash flow strategies.
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers to prepare them for future career growth.
  • Drive innovative construction techniques including prefabrication strategies.
  • Maintain accountability for project financials including cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders to ensure project success.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
  • 710 years of experience in managing MEP projects.
  • Experience with design/build and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC mechanical piping and related systems.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is preferred.
  • Experience working on data centers federal industrial or healthcare projects is advantageous.
