The Manufacturing Finance Organization has an immediate need for a Principal Specialist Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls). In this role your main responsibility will be supporting the East Coast this role youll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executing originations via critical analysis.
You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments.
Lastly you will prioritize resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.
What You Will Do
Provide financial program cost control support to East Coast Factories.
Executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables.
Construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executingoriginations via critical analysis.
Transfer knowledge resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments.
Effective prioritizing of tasks in a dynamic geographically dispersed and deadline driven
environment.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Mathematics or related topic
Typically requires 5 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years prior relevant experience
Experience in using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX PRISM) Analysis for Office Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and ability to communicate effectively to various stake holders and senior leadership.
Qualifications We Prefer
Experience supporting manufacturing-based environment.
Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes projects and tactics within one work area.
Broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline withunderstanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
