The Companys Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 96348.00 USD - 126456.75 USD. Job related skills experience education and location will be considered in setting actual starting base addition to your base salary and depending on job level eligibility and performance a total package may include profit sharing a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Associate OmniChannel Marketing Manager is a key role responsible for assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies/plans that drive sales and grow market share for our Home Cleaning products within critical customers and classes of trade. For their assigned customer/class of trade this individual will serve as the primary Omni marketing liaison between our internal teams (brand sales product development) to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs across both in-store and online channels. The Associate Omni Channel Marketing Manager will possess a foundational understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of contributing to and executing successful integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role requires a collaborative thinker with good communication organizational and analytical skills.
