Job Description
Jindal Aluminium Limited is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Assistant Vice President of Sales & Marketing to spearhead the growth of our Flat Roll Products division in both domestic and international markets. This is a leadership role requiring strategic vision strong execution capabilities and a proven track record of success in the aluminum industry or a related field.
Tasks Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve ambitious revenue growth and market share expansion goals.
Lead international market penetration initiatives identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D Operations Finance) to ensure seamless product-market fit and enhance customer experience.
Build mentor and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor tracking to identify emerging trends and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and present regular reports and strategic insights to senior management.
Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the aluminum or related industry.
Strong understanding of P&L management and financial stewardship.
Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies including brand building demand generation and market penetration.
Expertise in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership mentorship and team-building capabilities.
Proficiency in market research competitive analysis and trend identification.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
