Rituals is growing fastand so is our HR operation! Were on the lookout for a passionate HR Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves optimizing (digital) HR processes with smart creative solutions. Youll be part of our HR Operations Benelux team based in our stunning head office in the heart of Amsterdam supporting both our Dutch retail teams and head office colleagues.

As HR support youll play a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate HR administration for our colleagues in the Netherlands. Together with your team youll manage the monthly HR operations cycle and contribute to improving our global HR processes.

Youll be joining a team of six enthusiastic HR Coordinators and working closely with HR Advisors Area Managers and Shop Managers. Our Global HR team includes 60 colleagues at the Amsterdam HQ and 60 more worldwide.

Your key responsibilities are: 

  • Ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding with timely and correct contract management and access to accurate HR data;
  • With the team you will make sure that relevant changes for payroll are processed in time and personnel files are up to date;
  • Own and organise our HR email and Workday inbox and answer any and all questions that come (y)our way;
  • Advise on and dive into (complex) HR cases that pop-up ad hoc
  • Optimize existing ways of working within our current HR operations processes to create efficiency and one way of working.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive pragmatic approach. Youre efficient accurate and know how to prioritize. You bring positive energy enjoy working in a team and are eager to grow in your role.

You also bring:

  • A completed HBO or WO education (preferably in HR or related field);
  • Full knowledge of the Dutch language; 
  • Experience in a supportive or administrative HR role;
  • You are meticulous and have an eye for detail - even when large quantities are involved;
  • You are flexible and a fast adopter with great communication skills; 
  • Curious quick to learn and always looking for ways to improve yourself and your work;
  • You are open to feedback and you also help your colleagues get the best out of themselves;
  • You are entrepreneurial enjoy making things better each day and value teamwork;
  • You are familiar with some aspects of the Dutch labor law;
  • Confident in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of Workday is a pr.
