What Youll Be Doing
- Lead Technical Analysis: Own and evolve our Technical Business Analysis Framework ensuring alignment with best practices and emerging technologies.
- Deliver High-Quality Artefacts: Develop and assure technical documentation including process maps (BPMN) data models (ERD DFD) and system models (UML).
- Champion QA & Compliance: Apply structured quality assurance to ensure consistency and compliance across internal teams and partners.
- Engage & Influence: Collaborate with stakeholders across IT operations and transformation to shape solution design and change readiness.
- Explore New Tech: Support the adoption of cloud platforms (AWS Azure) CRM systems (Salesforce) and energy industry tools (Junifer AFMS).
- Mentor & Empower: Lead a team of analysts providing coaching and training on tools like Jira Confluence Blueworks and Visio
What Youll Bring
- Strong technical background in IT systems software development life cycles and cloud technologies
- Proficiency in modelling techniques and tools (BPMN UML ERD DFD)
- Experience with Agile Lean Six Sigma and change management frameworks
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven leadership in developing high-performing analyst teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or transformation roles within IT or energy sectors.
- Desirable certifications: IIBA ISEB Lean Six Sigma Scrum Change Management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT and business change projects.
